News: Alali Restaurant received “Toque d'Or” (Golden Cap) & 2* at FNL awards for 2023

We are delighted to announce that we are taking the dining experience a step further, building on the vision of the award winning Executive Chef Adam Kodovas, who along with the head Chef George Berkakis, put together the elements to make Alali Restaurant a unique gastronomic experience.

Its unique location on the rim of the Caldera of Santorini ensures of stunning views, while its menu will delight your palate with its contemporary take on Mediterranean cuisine. Locals used to call the area where the hotel is located "Alali", which in Greek means "speechless", because of the amazing views it offers.

New addition the poolside bar operating from 13:00 - 23:00 with our new Cocktail List.

Alali restaurant serves lunch from 13:00 pm until 17:00 pm and dinner from 19:00 pm to 23.00 pm (last order 22:30) and is a locals favourite, for a romantic dinner, accompanied by the beautiful colors of the sky during sunsets, thus prior booking is recommended.
