Astarte Suites is a 15-suite luxury boutique hotel on the caldera cliffs of Akrotiri in Santorini, designed mainly for couples and honeymooners, with private suites and panoramic volcano and sea views.
Astarte Suites welcomes guests aged 13 and older. Children under 13 are not accepted.
Children under 13 years old are not accepted for safety reasons and to preserve a calm, romantic atmosphere. Guests 13 and older are welcome.
No, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

By car or taxi, Fira is around 20-25 minutes away and Oia about 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Yes. We offer private transfers to and from Santorini Airport (JTR) and Athinios Port.
The private transfer costs €60 for 2 guests per way, plus €5 for each additional guest. The price is the same for transfers from or to the airport or port. To book, please send us your flight or ferry details in advance.
Yes, there is complimentary parking available near the hotel for our guests. Spaces are limited, so please let us know if you plan to rent a car.
Yes. There is a local bus stop in Akrotiri village, about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. From there you can take a bus to Fira, and from Fira you can connect to other parts of the island such as Oia, Kamari or Perissa. For comfort, especially at night or in the heat, many guests prefer to combine the bus with taxis or a rental car.
We offer Junior Suites, Senior Suites, Executive Suites, Honeymoon Suites, Cave Pool Suites and Astarte Suites. All have a king-size bed, private balcony or terrace with caldera view and a private water feature (Jacuzzi or pool), but they differ in size, layout and whether they include a private pool or only a Jacuzzi.
Yes. All our suites include a private balcony or terrace with caldera, sea and volcano views.
Yes. All suites have a private water feature. Cave Pool Suites and Astarte Suites include a private pool (cave or infinity) plus a heated Jacuzzi, while Junior, Senior, Executive and Honeymoon Suites feature a private heated indoor or outdoor Jacuzzi but no swimming pool.
The pools and terraces in the Cave Pool Suite and Astarte Suite are designed to be fully private. There is no direct view from other suites or public areas into your pool or terrace, so you can relax and enjoy the space without being seen by other guests.
The pools are not heated. However, all Jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor, are heated.
Yes, the hotel has an outdoor infinity pool with caldera view, available for all guests.
The hotel is built on the caldera with many steps and uneven surfaces, so it may not be suitable for guests with serious mobility difficulties.

If you arrive late, please let us know your arrival time and transfer details in advance. We will organize your check-in accordingly and make sure you can access your suite smoothly, even after normal hours.
Check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 (11:00 AM).
Yes, early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability and may carry an extra charge, depending on the time requested and the season. If we cannot confirm them in advance, you can always leave your luggage with us and relax by the pool or in the common areas.
It depends on the rate plan you choose. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. After that point, a cancellation fee of 100% of the room stay applies in case of cancellation, modification or no-show. Non-refundable and early booking rates are charged in advance and are 100% non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show. Please always check the exact terms shown during booking and in your confirmation email.
Yes. We may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival according to the terms of your reservation. A valid card in the guest's name is required at check-in.

Yes, according to Greek law there is a climate resilience tax of €15 per suite per night, which is paid directly at the hotel upon arrival or departure.
Housekeeping service is provided daily. Towels and bed linens are also changed every day, unless you ask us not to change them, in line with our sustainability practices. Cleaning takes place between 09:00 and 17:00. After 17:00 we can only provide fresh towels if needed.

Yes. We can store your luggage safely after check-out so you can continue to enjoy the hotel facilities or the island until it's time to leave.

The main infinity pool is available from 09:00 to 18:00, weather permitting. Your private pool or spa tub can be used throughout the day, with respect for quiet hours and other guests.
For your safety, running, diving and glassware are not allowed around the pools. Children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult, and we advise against using the spa tub if you have certain medical conditions or during pregnancy without consulting your doctor.
